My career in radio broadcasting has provided me with my richest experiences.
I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of being on-air and working behind the scenes.
Radio was my first love, and will always be a part of me. My radio career
is outlined below.
Arkansas
Radio Network (Snider Corporation)
Little Rock, Arkansas

Operations Manager, later Operations Director for the Arkansas Radio
Network, 1991 to 1994. Responsible for coordinating satellite delivered
programming to over sixty radio stations throughout the state of Arkansas.
Duties include the coordination with national and regional networks for
simulcast programming, creation and development of programming ideas,
technical problem solving, and personnel supervision. |
KARN-Newsradio 920 (Snider Corporation)
Little Rock, Arkansas
(1991-1994) |

Host, of the award winning Sunday Digest on KARN Newsradio 920, one of the
top ten rated news/talk and information stations in America. This is a four
hour weekly magazine styled format featuring interviews with leaders in the
political and business communities, plus entertainment and other soft
features. |
KBRI-AN/KQMC-FM
(Tri-County Broadcasting Company)
Brinkley, Arkansas
(1987-1991) |

Director of Programming/Production for radio stations KBRI-AM/KQMC-FM.
Responsible for the direction of all sources of on-air sound and station
promotion, with additional exposure to areas of sales, news, traffic and
engineering. Worked closely with Station General Manager and Station Owner
to promote the station in multiple levels. Later served as Chief Engineer
and Designated Chief Operator after leaving position as Program Director.
