Managed the process of
Quality Assurance, including bug testing and tracking of software in pre and
post-development stages. Light development work was included as well to
create troubleshooting utilities for in-house use. I moved the QA department
forward from a simple test environment to a more development integrated
system by taking over the install package and incorporating debug level
testing within the software being developed. I automated the software build
process for multiple projects, and organized a more efficient document
management system. Served as the intermediary between our support services
and the development staff. Recommended and approved changes to software
design and functionality. As Manager of Partner Technical Services I
interacted with our vendors and distributors in foreign countries as a
conduit between their support services and ours. |
