A Wish

If I had one wish to make,

One I'd know would come true,

I'd wish away the malice,

And all the evil too.

I'd wish for sunny days,

That Spring would never end,

That sadness would disappear,

And broken hearts would mend.

I'd wish for smiling faces,

For happiness all around,

I'd wish for peace of mind,

For what's lost to be found.

If I had a wish to make,

One I'd know would come true,

I'd wish for all these things,

And wish my wish for you.
