Released
I've kept it hidden all these years
and guarded safely with my fears.
Waiting for one to come my way
and change the darkness into day.
Long I've waited to bring it out.
Must be certain, must be no doubt.
And now you're here, and time is right
to lift it up to its full height.
And with you here, I set it free,
this once hidden part of me.
Rejoicing from its sweet release,
my heart has found its love, and peace.
