Networking with version 3.22, as well as Microsoft Networking using TCP/IP. |
| Helped to evaluate, select, and
install bug tracking systems for my company, and worked with the
administration to develop a quality assurance program. |
| Assisted in supervising internal
network services, with particular experience in email and ftp. Responsible
for developing a functional FTP site for customer use. |
| Traveled extensively to install,
configure, and troubleshoot high end DOS and Windows based software, as well
as trained customers of all skill levels in system operations. |
